Brand new and very bright country house

Blanzac's house is new, with two independent levels. You will be on the ground floor, as the property is on sloping ground. It is located at the top of the village. Entrance, large living room, 1 master bedroom (160-cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds, with shower and sink in the bedroom. Very bright, facing west, with a swimming pool and stunning views of the countryside. Verisure camera in the entrance, not activated and with a cover in case I forget... The space The house is at the top of the village and not in the center (the map appears automatically). Large 8,000-m² property with pool. There is also a ping-pong table and a foosball table. Possibility to take tennis lessons. Crib with bars in the master bedroom. Of course, you have plenty of space to park. You will be the only tenants. Indeed, the floor above is occupied by myself and my 25-year-old son—when he’s there. Therefore, the pool is shared with us (my son, myself, and, depending on the week, with friends), but not with other tenants. To fully comply with Airbnb policy, I am informing you that there is a Verisure camera in the entrance hall, which is never activated when you are present (otherwise, the alarm would go off). There is a cover; just turn it to block the camera in case I forget to do so before your arrival. Guest access You are at home on the ground floor: large living room and two bedrooms. A simple door separates your home from a room where a crucial element is located: the foosball table!!! Other things to note The house is about 25 minutes from Angoulême.
