The exterior includes an inner courtyard with a petanque area, a beautiful shaded terrace with a magnificent linden tree, a barbecue, a nice garden with trees, a pleasant swimming pool, a ping pong table and a bar for your quiet summer evenings. The house is also equipped with a foosball table, books (adults and children) and board games. The space 🏡 The farmhouse consists of a main house not overlooked, comprising: - 5 bedrooms (sleeps up to 12): Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 cm (on the ground floor) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 cm + 1 single bed 90 cm + possibility of adding a baby bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140 cm (upstairs) Bedroom 4: 4 single beds 90 cm (bunk beds) (upstairs) + 1 extra mattress on the floor. Bedroom 5: 1 double bed 140 cm (annex, attention, no heating, only for spring / summer / early fall) - 2 shower rooms with walk-in shower (1 on the ground floor + 1 upstairs) - 2 powder rooms (1 on the ground floor + 1 upstairs) - 1 open kitchen with a large bar, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker + a classic coffee maker, kettle... - 1 living room with flat screen TV equipped with Chrome Cast - 1 dining room with a large wooden table that seats 12 Facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, ping pong table, barbecue, foosball... 🏊‍♀️ The pool is open from sunny days (usually in May) until the end of September. Guest access 🏡 🏊‍♀️You will have access to the entire house. Access to the garden and swimming pool (open from early May, depending on the weather) is also exclusively reserved for you. Other things to note o QUIET 🧘‍♀️ NEIGHBORHOOD The house is located in the heart of the village. For everyone's sake, please maintain a quiet atmosphere in order to respect the neighborhood and the tranquility of the neighborhood. o 🔌🚗ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING The accommodation is equipped with a specific socket for electric car charging (see photo in the ad). For safety reasons, cars must ONLY be recharged on this outlet. The price of kwh for 2026 is €0.30. o 🛏 LINENS It is not included in the price but we can provide it if you wish. Linens include: - a bath towel + a small towel - fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases (for each bed) - bath mat The price is €20 per person. If you are interested, please let us know for how many people and / or for which bed, so that the beds are made for your arrival.
