All rooms have luxury beds and bedlinen / towels from IN BED STORE and Bedouin Societe. An early 1900's Victorian home has been transformed to highlight the existing features at the front of the house but adding in lots of light and walk in robes. Central hydronic heating is in the house so it's very cosy in winter (there is also an open fire). Air conditioning for summer. The bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen areas have been completely re designed with polished concrete floors and benchtops, double french oven and luxury appliances. Kitchen bench seating for over 6 people. Large Mark Tuckey dining table. To seat 8. The lounge has an open fire place with wood provided. Foxtel, blu ray / DVD player, stereo, large linen sofa and armchairs. 4 metre wide (3metre high) warehouse doors open up to a landscaped garden / courtyard. All bedrooms have been created with love to ensure a luxurious stay. The bedrooms in the house have their own walk in robes, original polished wood floors, high ceilings, victorian windows with shutters. The garden studio has its own ensuite with walk in shower, toilet and basin with rendered concrete walls, polished concrete floors. The studio has exposed wood feature ceiling and windows, industrial desk and lighting, TV with DVD/ Blu ray and a queen bed. House has a porta cot, baby bath and high chair available if needed (please let us know if you need this) we also have a single mattress available at an additional cost if needed. We also do day packages for wedding parties - get ready and have pre wedding photographs at the house with a champagne breakfast. This is a separate rate and doesn't include an overnight stay. Please contact us for more information on this even if dates are blocked. Please note this is my main house so some personal effects like clothing, toys and a cot will remain in the house. Guest access You will have access to all areas in the house including 2 bedrooms and a third bedroom / garden studio with ensuite and courtyard. There is an additional bedroom upstairs which will be locked. You will be the only people staying on the property. Other things to note Please note the house is recently renovated. The outside isn't fully painted yet but inside is amazing! The house was recently used as Nina Proudman's house on the channel 10 TV series Offspring. Some changes have been made since then - the internal walls are back to white!
