Easy access to A38 and M5 and less than a 20 minute drive or train journey to Birmingham Airport/NEC. Perfect for business trips and airport stays or a quiet break between both Birmingham and Worcester cities. Futhermore, enjoy the attractions of Lickey Hills and various local National Trust properties or simply relax in the back garden. Guest access Guests will have access to a downstairs wetroom, which is rarely used by the homeowner, complete with waterfall shower, mood lighting and bluetooth speakers. Laundry and cooking facilities are available on request and a larger working area can be made available. Within the kitchen there is a small bar stool dining area overlooking the garden. Guests are welcome to store food in the fridge on the right hand side of the oven. Also There is ample street and driveway parking; we ask that guests leave ample space for a motorbike between the cars on the driveway to get to the garage, and please do not block any driveways or any other cars.cupboard is provided for dry goods. During your stay Co-host Sarah says: I am sometimes not very mobile due to disability so you will find the house quiet and mostly to yourself. I have carers twice a day to assist me. I will of course show you around and be available for any questions you may have. Other things to note There is an upstairs bathroom with toilet, but I ask that guests use the one downstairs to shower. Washing machine is available to use at a cost of £2.50 per load to cover, water, electric and detergent etc. This applies to use of the dryer too, although we have ample facilities for air drying.
