Beautiful Chalet, Fabulous Rooms & Hot Tub

Our beautifully furnished, detached Chalet is ideally located between Morzine and Les Gets. The family friendly Chalet La Cote offers beautiful views up to Mont Chery ( Les Gets) & down the valley to Avoriaz. We have just replaced all the bathrooms in 2025 Egyptian Cotten Sheets, Towels & WiFi included Our chalet hosts 10 people (inc. Children) 3 ensuite rooms (either Kingsize or Twins) 1 kingsize room 1 room with twin beds. *£200 cleaning / heating fee if you want to use the hot-t The space Chalet La Cote is a detached chalet in a supreme position between the resorts of Morzine and Les Gets. The house is furnished to a very high standard with bespoke chandeliers, a fantastic feature window, 2 large sunny balconies and uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. “We all loved it. Extremely comfortable with amazing views.” Entering the chalet through the heated boot room, where you can leave your boots at the end of the day, you will find a large open plan lounge/dining room. Access to the log fireplace will keep the space cosy and warm. The lounge leads out onto the sunny balcony, which has panoramic views up to Mont Chery. The professional, fully-equipped kitchen will have everything you need to cook up a storm! On the same floor is the family suite, with two bedrooms (one king-size bed and one with twin beds or a double) and a family bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find three other kingsize or Twin bedrooms. Each has an en-suite with a shower, basin, and toilet. Upstairs you will also find another balcony to sit with a drink and enjoy the views. We can make the 3 upstairs bedrooms into either Kings or Twin Beds The chalet has plenty of private parking for four / five cars . Guest access There is a restaurant in Cote d'Abroz which serves food all day - the chalet is 3km (1.5 miles) from the Mont Chery Ski lift / Col d'Encrenaz, which has a bar and restaurant and provides direct access to Les Gets and Morzine (and Avoriaz) - there is free parking at the lift and also free parking at Ardent, Les Gets and Morzine Other things to note USE OF THE HOT TUB. The ‘Guest’ hereby acknowledges that if the Guest has reserved a hot tub, Guest is fully aware that the hot tub and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury is possible irrespective of exercise of care. Guest should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the rental property including, children under the age of (12) are not allowed to use hot tubs. Alcohol must not be consumed in the hot tub, and no glass or breakable objects should be used in the hot tub or around the hot tub area. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, Guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and deck/patio areas. Hot tubs may be temporarily unusable during Guest’s stay due to normal maintenance procedures required to keep them clean and sanitized. Hot tubs are prone to temporary or prolonged maintenance issues beyond the owner's control. Refunds for non-operational hot tubs will be addressed on a case by case basis. Refunds for issues with hot tubs will not exceed €200.00). A car is really needed - we always hire a car at Geneva airport - its a 90 min drive and the roads are safe (its cheaper to hire a car than to get a taxi to and from the airport) - then you either drive to Mont Chery (5 mins) or into Morzine (10 mins). If you don't want to drive, there are lots of taxis in Morzine that can collect and pick you up after your day out. There is a basement apartment under the chalet - this is not rented out - sometimes we stay there. This is totally separate from the chalet (separate access / no shared areas).
