Music and Disco colour light system for dance parties in the hall Unique terrace and Veranda facilities for all bedrooms Solar power backup for 4hours garden landscaped with lawn & flower bushes, surrounded by coconut and mango trees trekking options along the mountains and tribal villages small natural pond with fish and birds Owner stays at the place to ensure personal care and service 1km Check in time 1 pm Check out 11 am NOTE: - Checkout after 12 pm will be 500₹ extra per half an hour Other things to note Important house rules: •We prefer families only .Aadhar card copy required for all the guests. • Food consumption is allowed in the hall or varandha only. No food consumption allowed in bedrooms & lawn area. • All valuables should be carefully kept in safe place in the cupboard and managed personally, host will not be liable for any loss or damage to your valuables. • Dance parties are allowed in the hall area only. Speaker volume to be reduced post 11pm. Music and dance parties are not allowed at any other place in the villa premises. • Cigarette Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas (excluding garden lawn) and not inside the bungalow (hall, bedrooms & Kitchen). Cigarette butts should be disposed in the trash bin only. • Solar Power backup is available for 4hours for lights and fans only. • Do take special care of kids especially on terrace and water body area, we won’t be responsible for any mishaps • Owner stays at the property to ensure personal service support through the staff. • dinner time is till 10.30pm as caretaker is available till then. For delayed dinner timings, food will be kept ready in the kitchen for self-service later. Used plates to be placed in the bin provided. NOTE:STRICTLY NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED AND NO KITCHEN ACCESS.
