The Gardeners Cottage with hot tub at Claughton Hall hopes to provide guests with a comfortable and cosy home from home experience. This luxury cottage offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. The detached property is set within the heart of the Claughton Hall Estate and positioned immediately next door to Claughton Hall. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a 12minute walk, at the bottom of the homes private driveway. The space Access to the property is from the sunken private patio area through French doors. Guests enter into the newly refurbished kitchen dining room with a whole host of kitchenware that will hopefully meet all guests culinary needs. Leading from this room through glass double doors is the cosy living room with a large wingback sofa, armchair and 43 inch smart TV with a pre loaded Netflix subscription. There are plenty of board games in the cupboards to keep you entertained for hours. The views from this room across the Lune Valley are sensational. Back through the kitchen is the hallway that leads onto the bathroom, WC and bedroom. The brand new Burlington bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead rainfall shower and large feature sink unit. Next to this room is the separate WC with wash hand basin. The bedroom offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. There is ample storage in this room from a large wardrobe with both hanging space and shelves. To the outside of the property there is a great sized split level patio area which is accessed through french doors from the kitchen. This space although not enclosed is for the sole use of the guests using gardeners cottage and offers enough privacy for relaxation in the large hot tub and also alfresco dining. Beyond the patio is a large lawned area looking onto a private mature woodland. The extended grounds of Claughton Hall are a haven for wildlife. Deer are often seen roaming the parkland. Take a stroll around the large ponds and try to spot the large koi carp and other fish. Other things to note At the bottom of the driveway (12 mins walk) is the well regarded Fenwick Arms which is a superb gastro pub. Please note that as the pub is down the hill from the cottage it is much easier to get there than back if you are walking.
