Room in a traditional patio house in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, recently renovated in front of the church of Santa María la Blanca, a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and the entire monumental area of the city. Free access by code. The space The room has two balconies overlooking the Santa Maria la Blanca square, overlooking the Church of Santa Maria la Blanca. The space has high ceilings and warm lighting that makes it a cozy stay in the heart of the city. It has hot/cold air conditioning to be comfortable as well as radiators for winter. The bathroom has a window that provides natural light and is located inside the bedroom, it has a bathtub. The room is on a different floor than the one I occupy, it has access by codes to have total independence in access and stay. Guest access The common space is a Sevillian courtyard with plants and tiles where you can sit. It has a nice awning that protects and allows you to see the sky.
