Piper's Haven Double room Self catering flatlet.

NO SMOKING INSIDE,PLEASE. This is an open plan self-catering unit with it’s own entrance. It is light, airy and is pleasantly decorated. It has a separate toilet, hand basin with a shower above the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and all utensils. There is a small working space and constant wifi is available. There is also secure off road parking. SOLAR POWERED!! No more load shedding The space This is a self contained flatlet with a double bed. A single bed and/or a sofa (which can be made into a comfortable bed with an air mattress for a third guest or two small children) can be put into place if requested. There is a desk and chair for a working space. Wi-fi and water is constantly available throughout the flat. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, yoghurt, cereal, juice, filtered water and fruit is supplied for guests on arrival. All linen, towels, toilet paper and a small cake of soap are provided. NOW WITH SOLAR POWER. Guest access As our street is a cul de sac the area is very quiet. There is off road parking for one car behind a security gate. A remote key for the gate is given to guests. There is a bell on the gate. The cover of the bell needs to be lifted and the button pressed quite hard. Other things to note NOW WITH SOLAR POWER so no more load shedding. Our house is a kilometer and a half from Rhodes University and the city centre. It is an easy walk to both.
