Description

You will be in the heart of mythical Camden, at walking distance from all amenities but in a cute very quiet mews. Tube is at 3 minutes by walk (2 branches largely covering town + quick access to Victoria line). Kings Cross, St Pancras, Euston and the British Library are at 15min walking, Regent Park at 7min. Uncountable buses in all directions. The space You will be nestled at the end of a quiet mews, one of the few paved streets in London, in a conservation area. The middle of the High Street with all shops, buses, tube, etc. is at 50m. You will be, by walk, at 2 min from the tube, 5 from Camden Market, 7 from Regent Park, 12 from Primrose Hill (unanimously titled best view over London), 15 from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations or the British Library, amazing place to work or study open till 8pm during the week. Plan 12min by tube for Soho and Oxford Street, 15min for Trafalgar Square or Leicester Square, all with direct routes. The flat is 41sq meters including a 4sq meters balcony. The mattress, heaters and balcony boards are new, ceiling and walls insulation was completed 2 years ago. The flat is very well stocked, we want you to feel at home and cocooned. You won’t miss anything and will feel like true Londoners. The closest pub is 55 meters away but well sound proofed and with several large building in between. You will not be in party Camden (more up North after Camden tube station) but rather in the shops and neighbourhood restaurants area. You can check Google maps and exact location on picture 22. Other walkable attractions: Regent’s canal (5 min), emerging Kentish town food scene (10 min), Hampstead (the ‘London Montmartre’, 12 min). Hampstead Heath hills and forests (just say ‘the Heath’) are 15 min away by bus or overground (direct route). The Mews itself used to be part of London piano makers district, and hosted the company that made the first camera to ever shoot in Hollywood. Nowadays there is a top-tier international photographer, an art gallery, a music and dance studio during the day, an artistic agency.
