The accommodation consists of one large bedroom and a private bathroom, upstairs in my home. My husband and I live downstairs. It is NOT a separate, self contained apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed, sofa, smart TV, bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, microwave, wifi, air con, work space. Accommodates 2 people max We also have another bedroom that sleeps 2 extra people for an additional cost. We only take one booking at a time so your upstairs area is totally private The space The room has a Queen size bed and a sofa. (Maximum 2 people) Min stay 2 nights Maximum stay 7 nights. Please note: No cooking facilities for guests, only microwave and kettle. Smoking is allowed only on the back deck or garden. Please do not smoke in the house. Guest access Stairs to climb The house is not suitable for persons with mobility issues or toddlers. If guests have large, heavy luggage I suggest it be left downstairs if not essential. The Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on upper level of house, the garden and deck are downstairs at the rear of the property. On street parking with local area parking permit available for guests use. Smoking is allowed only on the back deck or garden. Please do not smoke in the house. During your stay Check in after 7am My Husband and I live in the house downstairs. We are very happy to offer help and advice during your stay, but due to contact risk from Covid 19 we will be limiting face to face contact with guests. No meals are provided. Sorry, the kitchen is not available to guests for cooking. There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. There is a laundromat/dry cleaner only a short walk around the corner from the house. Other things to note For groups of more than 2 people, we also have another bedroom available on the same floor that sleeps 2 extra people for an additional cost The back deck and garden by the fish pond are nice areas to sit and relax We also have a small friendly dog called Panda.
