Spacious single room near Crystal Palace Station

A spacious single room only 5 minutes from Crystal Palace station and all the amenities that Crystal Palace triangle has to offer. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac its ideal for solo and business travellers, those who like to leave it to the very last minute to catch the train or the more relaxed amongst us who'd like to stroll in the park and take in the cafe and arts culture of Crystal Palace. The space Despite being close to the station, a number of bus routes including the N3 night bus and the numerous cafes, restaurants and bars on the triangle, being on a cul-de-sac means that the street (with free on street parking) is very quiet. Guest access An earlier check-in time may be available (it just depends on when I'm working) so please let me know if you plan to arrive earlier and I'll do my best to accommodate you. You're welcome to make use of the living room and kitchen (including space in the fridge) and to help yourself to tea and coffee at anytime. Fruit, yogurt, granola and bread/toast and jam is available for breakfast. Unfortunately being on the upper floor means I don't have the garden but Crystal Palace park is only 5 minutes away and I do have a small balcony where you can smoke if needed. During your stay I work shifts and am happy to chat if I'm around but I'm often out in the daytime and most evenings. I really enjoy travelling and I'm always looking for a new adventure so please feel free to share your ideas! However I do appreciate that guests may prefer their own space and will respect your privacy. Other things to note I live in a small purpose built block and know my neighbours so please be respectful if coming or going late at night or early in the morning.
