The home offers: • polished concrete floors • stylish modern kitchen • a Zazen water filtration unit for perfect drinking and cooking water • tap water is fine for normal people, though I've placed a filter on that too! • elite shower filter also! • large modern bathroom and laundry • 2 large queen bedrooms with latex matresses, heaters, and cooling fans • deep seater lounge ideal for crossing your legs and meditating, or winding down with Netflix • digital radio/bluetooth speaker for vibes • large windows for all rooms, with sheer curtains which prevent anyone from looking in • split system AC • plenty of charging points throughout the house • small enclosed outdoor deck with tropical vibes • outdoor high stools for enjoying a snack at the kitchen sliding window • funky outdoor armchairs for reading in the sun. • private door/gate to come and go from the small private deck • outdoor hose to rinse items after a beach day • outdoor hooks to hang sandy towels or wet bathers • one undercover carport space All you need to do is pack your outfits for dinner at the local restaurants, your bathers for the beach or hot springs (only 7 minutes away), and your pjs for chilling on the sofa! There is a strict “No Visitors”, “No drop ins”, and absolutely “No Parties” policy. Note that a couple will have ONE room prepared. If you're staying with a friend, be sure to outline this clearly to avoid disappointment. Please note also that this is an adjoining property on a block of 6, and not a standalone house. Most of the year you will have the entire block to yourself. For dog owners, the property does not have an enclosed yard. It is a small private enclosed deck.
