It is located in a cul-de-sac, making it quiet and secure. Located on the 2nd floor, facing south, you will have light all day and have a view of the city and the forests around, not overlooked. The main room consists of an open kitchen dining area that combines street art and warm style. Rest on the sofa or colorful armchairs and enjoy the flat screen TV for your TV evenings for families or friends. A beautiful colorful graffiti mural adorns the walls, adding an urban and artistic touch to the space. The kitchen is equipped and functional, harmoniously integrated into the living room. It is equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. You have a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven.
