Freestanding studio,a peaceful cozy little cabin ,light filled ,featuring recycled materials and a window seat…set in an acre of garden with chooks and friendly goats ...(babies in spring/summer)walkable distance to lake...Nungurner is a quiet leafy hidden gem ,bush walking,plenty of bird life and a jetty with lake access for fishing and water sports , a short drive to Metung ,hot springs,cafes,hotel,and bakery. The space There is 2 bedrooms(ALL linen provided is professionally cleaned and changed in between guests), a small lounge/TV area with window seat and 2 seater leather lounge ….you have your own kitchen with New induction hot plates,dishwasher ,fridge,freezer, small wall oven ,a bench table inside seating 4 people,more seating and a BBQ outside The bathroom has a shower and large spa…… large heater and an extra heater available in cooler months for those chilly nights,for summer a portable air con if required......your own court yard for outdoor eating and relaxing...you can park right beside your accommodation, no stairs....there is trailer and boat parking on property..... If wanting to spend time with our goats and see some of our beautiful area you will need to stay at least 2 nights! Guest access you will have your own court yard with extra table and chairs,bbq. and garden area...please note our dogs are friendly, they are in a fenced off area ,away from you if they worry you. Other things to note Please let us know how many beds you need(if more than 1)as fresh linen is put on for guests on day of arrival …if your infant requires a bed then you need to book as a child. no stairs or steep driveways to walk up with your luggage ,you can park right beside your accommodation...………..we do not provide breakfast to make the accommodation affordable… some mobile phones may not have reception (we have a landline for emergency’s)"……….extra charges for charging motor vehicles (let us know if needed) Discount for children when staying longer than3 nights please enquire when booking….
