Ideally located in the heart of the Vaise district, and 5 minutes from the city center and Bellecour, it has all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, teas, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and towel rail. Bath towels are provided. We provide you with cotton and cotton swabs. Storage is available. The living room consists of a dining area with table and chairs, a large wardrobe to store your belongings, a TV with Netflix and YouTube (No immediate availability for cable or TNT channels); and a sleeping area with a double bed, two pillows, a duvet and bed linen provided. We provide an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is electrically heated. An ID card will be required at check-in. Guest access Access to the accommodation is from a key box on site. You will have access to the accommodation from 4 p.m. Check-out is scheduled for 10 a.m. Early check-in at 4 p.m. or late check-out at 12 p.m. can be ordered on our website. Other things to note We do our best to provide you with a clean, tidy and fully equipped studio. Please take care of it for the duration of your stay and keep it in as good condition as you found it, so that future tenants who follow you feel as good. Registration is done online. You will receive a registration form 3 days before your arrival where an ID will be required to receive the apartment codes. A security deposit of €200 in the form of a bank imprint will also be requested at check-in; it is mandatory to receive the access codes and will be automatically returned 3 days after your departure, subject to no damage. This studio is completely non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A camera is present outside the accommodation that films only the outside. No parties or events. Registration details 6938312603488
