It's situated to the inner yard of the building which makes it very quiet and perfect for relaxing even thought outside you'll still feel the city rush. Parking in front of the building is paid (Blue zone)- 2 BGN per hour and it's allowed to park only for 2 hours per day. There are some paid secured parkings in near distance as well.
