It is comfortable, cozy and newly built. It is part of a residential complex, consisting of a few terraced villas. The apartment consists of a spacious room used as a kitchen and living room, equipped with a television, oven, microwave, kettle and everything you need to cook; attached to a large balcony where you can eat comfortably while admiring the alpine panorama enriched by the most famous castles in the area * Warning: The state road that connects Aosta to Courmayeur is about 10 meters away from the balcony, so you may hear the noise of cars/motorcycles. However, the bedrooms are on the other side of the house (towards the inner courtyard of the building), so when you sleep you should hear almost nothing * In the rest of the house you will find a double bedroom with a balcony (facing east, overlooking the inner courtyard), a single bedroom (with the possibility of making it double or queen), a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a closet. In the two bedrooms you will find two large wardrobes and two comfortable armchairs, respectively. The living room also has a practical double sofa bed. In the closet you can find the drying rack, the iron and a small food pantry designed for those who do not have time or want to shop (the prices are written on the various products and are not included in the cost of the overnight stay) The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a peaceful and pleasant vacation.
