This original 60's beachhouse with an updated twist enjoys great views and breezes. It's a short walk along the beach to the local shops, pub, library, cafes and tourist attractions. Emu Park is a small easygoing seaside village where you can just relax and watch the tides ebb or enjoy all the Capricorn Coast has to offer from sailing Keppel Bay to driving and fishing on remote beaches. Please note: We have a no pet policy. The space This simple beach house is in an incredible location. It offers spectacular 240 degree views across Keppel Bay and out to Cape Capricorn. Designed in the late 1950's by the architect brother of the original owner, it's simplicity is the secret to a great beach holiday. From the deck you can sometimes see turtles in the waters around Pandanus Cove, dolphins passing the point and between July - September whales in the bay. This property is unsuitable for young children. Guest access Guests have access to the master bedroom and entire house. Other things to note Please be mindful of the weather due to our exposed location especially with verandah doors and windows. No WiFi . No undercover parking Please try to remove sand from your feet before entering the house.
