It consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom. The two double bedrooms, independent of the living room, guarantee excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends. The living room provides direct access to the large outdoor patio, the real gem of the house, where you can enjoy meals while listening to the birds sing. It is always time for a good wine or a fragrant coffee at any time of the day, thanks to the tent that protects from the sun and the wonderful exposure to light that allows you to enjoy the patio even in the evening. Thanks to the barbecue tools, you can't miss out on delicious grilled meals with your family or friends! There is also a large panoramic garden with various fruit plants and flowers, an outdoor relaxation area where you can experience wonderful moments of "sweet idleness".
