Unique vacation home by the beach

Country house located five minutes from the beach, in the middle of a nature reserve. 240 m2 spread over two floors, seven rooms, large plot, trampoline, table tennis, swing, barbecue area, beautiful nature and completely idyllic. Oasis for couples, families with children and ornithologists. The space The thatched house is from 1828. It's on two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance, large dining kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and two large living rooms. Upstairs there is a toilet, two bedrooms and a large playroom with two beds, a children's bed and a ping pong table. There's an exit from the living room to the garden. Here is a tiled terrace with many seating and lounging areas. There's a big lawn in front of the house with football goals. Along the house and barn there is also a large lawn. Opposite the house is a barn where we store bicycles and firewood. There's room to park a car in the barn. There's a big courtyard between the house and the barn. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Part of the barn is locked. Other things to note It's a big house in a very quiet setting. There must be a maximum of eight guests in the house regardless of age. Spices, salt and pepper are available. There are cleaning supplies, dishcloths and towels that are not to be paid extra for. Bedding and towels can be rented for €5 per person.
