House with heated swimming pool just renovated in September 2025. Staff is included to help you to prepare breakfast with your groceries and leave the house clean before noon. Built on a single level, with few steps. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, barbecue, colonial decoration, a large kitchen, parking and is surrounded by trees. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood but at the same time well located in Cuernavaca. The space House is built as a square so it's very easy to use. There's a ramp to access from the parking lot for limited mobility or disabled family members. However, a few steps need to be taken to get into the bedrooms. Guest access The cleaning service included in the rate involves making beds in the morning, removing trash from the bathrooms and cleaning the kitchen after breakfast. More detailed cleaning, or performing activities such as cooking for lunch or dinner, is charged extra per day. Other things to note Along with the swimming pool that was fully renovated, including heating and salt system, other few updates were done to the house, such as: new TVs, new Wi-Fi, updated kitchen cooking tools, updated lighting.
