Just 20 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre. There is a Bus stop just a short walk up the road. This newly renovated space is clean, modern and comfortable. A good place to relax, perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space This newly renovated 38sqm private space consists of a lounge and kitchenette, bathroom and laundry and double bedroom. The lounge has a comfortable pull out couch for two extra guests, dining table, television and dvd player. You will also find games, puzzles, books and dvds to use. The kitchenette is fully equipped for you to cook in or just enjoy a coffee. There is an oven, hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and fridge freezer. Complimentary tea/coffee and light snacks provided. In the bathroom there is a large shower with shower dome, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity. There is also a washing machine, washing powder and tub you are welcome to use. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, wardrobe and plenty of space for suitcases. The unit has a newly installed heat pump for heating and air conditioning. There is a parking spot clearly marked outside the unit and plenty of parking on the street in a quiet cul de sac. You are welcome to enjoy the gardens and pick fruit from the trees. A barbeque is also available to be used. Guest access You have your own access to the space through the ranch slider. You are welcome to come and go as you please. Other things to note Additional services Note these additional services need to be arranged prior to arrival. Extra guests- Extra guests can be accommodated on the pullout couch. The third or fourth guests are considered extra guests and will be charged an extra $25 per person per night.
