Welcome to the Lakeview Cabin! Kick back and relax in this peaceful and stylish cabin with stunning lake and mountain views! The interior boasts soaring high wood ceilings, a stone-accented fireplace, and a cozy loft. The open floor plan let's you prep a meal while chatting with your guests. You can also enjoy BBQing and lounging on the deck while watching the sunset and stargazing. After a fun-filled day, read a book or enjoy snuggling by the fire. Truly a gem! The space If you are looking for the perfect escape into the mountains, you've found the right place. The Lakeview Cabin is a 2-story modern, woodsy, restorative getaway. *** Please note, ( in the pictures it is hard to see the set up of the floors) if you are upstairs ( in the living room) and someone else is downstairs in the bedrooms, the acoustics are amplified and you can hear footsteps. This is common in many cabins in the mountians. If you like to sleep in, please note the set up of the cabin might or might not work for you. You might consider a one story house*** LIVING ROOM: Open concept living space with romantically lit vaulted ceiling and windows on all sides offering great natural light and views of the lake, trees and city lights. You can log into your favorite streaming service with a 64 inch SmartTV in the living room. Yoga mats are provided. KITCHEN: Recently renovated fully stocked kitchen, with full size fridge, freezer, microwave, Ninja blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, popcorn maker, stainless steel Breville tea kettle and Breville toaster OUTDOOR SPACE: Newly renovated deck with lounge chairs, patio dining set, propane BBQ grill and solar lights for evening ambience. Hammock and patio dining set is only available in fall, spring and summer due to weather. For extra sleeping, there is a studio day bed in the loft that can fit one person (not a pullout couch). We have a blow up mattress upon request. EASY TO GET AROUND: 15 minute walk to Lake Gregory, 20 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead and 60 minutes to Big Bear. Great music while you hang on the deck :) PARKING: For your convenience there is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and more parking on the street. Other things to note * We love animals, but sorry this house is NOT pet friendly. This is non- negotiable. *NO smoking or parties allowed *DO NOT move furniture or the couch, it will scratch the hard wood floor and cause damage. * In summer, house does not have central AC. But we provide fans and portable AC in Queen room. DO NOT MOVE THE UNIT TO THE KING ROOM. DUE TO THE SCREEN DOOR, IT DOES NOT FIT. CRITTERS CAN GET IN. * In winter, please make sure you have chains (or AWD) during the snowy weather or law enforcement will not let you up the mountain. * There are Ring cameras on the exterior of the house for your safety and ours. They are located at the front door and facing the master room sliding door (they record when activated by motion outside). Please no extra guests that are not in the original booking. *If you have 6 guests, it is $25 a night for the 6th guest. The booking is up to 5 guests.
