Riederalp is a traffic free mountain village at 2000m above sea level and only accessible by cable car from Mörel. (You can not drive up there by car!) Park your car in Mörel (or arrive by train in Mörel) Right at the cable car station is a covered parking garage (CHF 10/12.- per day) For GPS use „Furkastrasse 29 in Mörel“ (Do not put in „Riederalp“ as destination!) Take the cable car „Riederalp WEST“ to Riederalp (do not get off at the first station called „Ried-Mörel“; just stay in the cabin) The cable car operates daily from 5.55AM to 11.05PM (on Sunday no 11.05PM service, but 11.25PM) After that, there is no way to get to Riederalp until the following morning. The departure time in Mörel is 3 Minutes and 40 Minutes every hour. Once you arrive at the „Riederalp West“ Station: Leave the station to your right and after about 3-5 minutes walking you will see a small white chapel on the right. Chalet Alpenperle is the larger, very old, wooden building right next to the chapel. It has three doors. For the studio, please enter through the middle door.
