Recently renovated historic house located in Novoli, with independent access, very spacious and with 3 rooms each with a private bathroom. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and anyone who wants to spend a vacation in total comfort and tranquility. It is about 40 km from Brindisi airport and just 10 km from Lecce, the charming capital of the Baroque. Excellent location also for the seaside resorts: in just over 20 minutes you can reach both the Adriatic and the Ionian sides. The space The entire house has recently been renovated, however the high ceilings still have the ancient barrel vaults historically typical of the place, which give the house cool temperatures even on the hottest days. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A large living room (with table, sofas, TV and fireplace) connected to a well-stocked kitchen and with direct access to the large, very bright garden equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and fireplace for barbecue, there is also a small laundry room. The large spaces that this house presents will allow you to spend your stay in total comfort and tranquility. Guest access Access to the house is independent through a gate. You can park your car along the entire length of the sidewalk in front of the house. Other things to note The rules to be observed within our house are not only those sanctioned by law, but, more simply, are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. At check-in, a security deposit of €150.00 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay, except for any damage caused to the property. For the use of a double room for single use, there is a surcharge of €10.00 per day. Given the current energy crisis and the inevitable increase in the price of gas, in order to make our guests aware of a fair and prudent use of these resources, we have decided to exclude heating consumption from the accommodation fee.
