We welcome you to our newly built apartment (spring 2018), in a convenient suburban location, integrated into a residential and commercial building. Lake Constance and Allgäu are only 30 minutes away. 500 m to Weingarten, 2.5 km to Ravensburg. Heated outdoor pool, trim trail, Nordic walking trail and bike park in close proximity. A small supermarket and bakery are just a 1-minute walk away. The space Enjoy a great stay in one of our new apartments. The friendly and tastefully furnished apartment on the upper floor (70 sqm), with high rooms and large windows - thus flooded with light - has a nice living and dining area, with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms (2 wide single beds and 1 French bed 1.40 x 2.00). Bed linens are provided by the landlord. The bathroom with shower is equipped with sufficient towels, hair dryer and various care utensils. For longer stays, a washer/dryer, incl. detergent. You have access to the black-and-white balcony with chic balcony furniture. Guest access You have access to the apartment via a separate entrance, and it is also equipped with an intercom. Other things to note The accommodation can be reached by a well-lit public path, through several steps and is located on the 2nd floor (spiral staircase). Unfortunately, it is not suitable for severely disabled people.
