Our place is small, simple, clean and with privacy. It has a small balcony to feel the breeze during sunrise and sunset if you don’t feel like going out for a walk. The space We have good size kitchen for basic and light cooking, a living room for relaxing with tv, a bathroom for bath and laundry. A balcony if you want to go outside but within the unit. Also in the bedroom good size bed for 1-2 adults or 2 adult with 1 kid. Guest access Due to pandemic and different alert levels being issued in metro manila availability of amenities like pool, gyms and lobby are under smdc discretion not unit owners like us. Please inform us if this is your reason for renting the place. Usage of pool to be shouldered by clients (additional fee for you & subject for smdc reservation and approval). Other things to note Before booking, please send us a copy of your valid government ID’s like passport, national ID, SSS and Drivers License for every adult and kid and must inform us which mode of payment you wish to pay. We prefer bank transfer for more secure and documented fund transfer to protect both parties.
