Némo, Eco-friendly cabin in the heart of Creuse

COME AND DISCOVER OUR ETHICAL and ECOLOGICAL HOMES IN the HEART OF the HOLLOW. An area of 47m2 with a terrace of 35m2. Our cabins are accessible to people with disabilities. They are autonomous, they are not connected to the electricity, water and gas networks. They are made of Douglas wood, insulated with wood and linen hemp wool. They can be found on the site of HOLLOW HUSKIN which offers walks with huskies. An air of Canada.... The space The cabin has a capacity of 5 people. The cabins are equipped with : -a drinking water tank with a capacity of about 50 litres of water per person per day, - Solar panels on roofs, for lighting and some outlets, - Gas bottles, to supply stove and oven, refrigerator, and water heater : everything is gas, -a wood stove with oven, with wood available, -a fire pit on the terrace, for kitchen and outdoor heating -dry toilets, equipped with an integrated hygienic bucket. If, however, you were out of one of these resources during your stay, your host will come and troubleshoot you as soon as possible ! Most of the furniture and dishes have been recovered and come to live a new life in the huts. The kitchen furniture was designed and offered by the Beaumont-Cuisines Agency and interiors in Chamborand, in Creuse. This approach, ecological and ethical, will allow each of us to assess our needs and save energy and natural resources, while respecting the environment. This stay can be a great experience for families or groups of friends. We are all committed and we will feel the satisfaction and the happiness of being an actor of a real change of society, which will allow us to reconnect to the essential and to the others. La Cabane Némo has : Bedroom 1 : 10m2 with two beds ( 2 single beds ). It is possible to move the beds closer together to have a double bed. Bedroom 2 : 7m2 with a bunk bed 3 places (double bed at the bottom, single bed at the top ) Mezzanine : 10m2 with a click-clack. Bathroom : wheelchair accessible with dry toilet and shower (in order to save energy, shower schedules are as follows : from 8am to 10am and from 6pm to 8pm.) Kitchen/living room: 16m2 equipped with refrigerator, gas cooker with stove and wood oven. Terrace : 35 m2 with hammock, tables and chairs and a fire pit, heating and barbecue. Bed linen and towels not provided. ( surcharge €15 per person ) Guests should review the house rules before their stay. It is not allowed to go to the field of Husk 'in without the presence of Julien who manages the activities. Nevertheless, it will be possible to book your activity with Julien and Fanny. Other things to note The huts are on the grounds of Husk 'in Creuse, an association that offers walks in Cani Kart, Cani Rando, Cani Trotte. Do not hesitate to contact us via the website of Husk'in Creuse to book your activity during your stay. Please note, there is no Cani Kart exit in summer due to temperatures too high for dogs.
