The apartment is on the second level of the building. There is a common stairwell with hand railing but no lift. Happy to provide further information if accessibility is a potential issue for you. Other things to note - Wifi available (speed can vary and data limit applies) - Please be aware there is traffic noise during the day and at times during the night. To be expected as the apartment is in an inner Brisbane suburb, close to major landmarks, hospital etc however please take this into consideration if you are sensitive to noise.
