The space Our visitors can expect the usual warm B&B welcome but have the added freedom and privacy of a self contained BED SIT! With a bedroom, en-suite and a small kitchenette area. If you are looking for the welcome of a B&B with the added independance of being self sufficient and in control of your own timetable, then, ALUM HOUSE is for you! Guest access A FREE permit is provided for on-street parking. N.B. Streets are narrow and parking spaces are in demand so you may not be able to park directly in front of Alum House. The permit will run out at 10am on the morning you depart. You will have your own set of keys and are free to come and go as you please. Other things to note … A maximum of 2 x adults per room (Sorry no infants or children dogs or animals) … our rooms are on the first floor and not accessible to those with limited mobility However, we can recommend Abbotsleigh, just half a mile down the road, which is able to offer ground floor accommodation.
