The house is under video surveillance. The video system is disconnected in the rental area during bookings. The tenant undertakes to ensure, in a prudent and responsible manner, that consumption remains normal. Heating is not included! If the weather requires it, the heater may be turned on. The cost is €25/day in addition to the rental price. Request before your arrival. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15 (it is not heated). Sheets are to be provided by tenants for weekends. Towels and pool towels are not provided (Weekly or weekend rental) Tea towels and bath towels are provided in the rental. The house does not have a "house fund" for food. It is imperative to empty all the cupboards upon checkout. Guest access Access to the house is self-service with telephone contact with the owner. We are flexible on check-in and checkout times for weekends. For weeks, check-in must be after 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be before 10:00 a.m. without exception (unless agreed with the owner) Other things to note Linens are provided for weekly bookings only. Sheets are to be provided by tenants for weekends. Towels and pool towels are not provided (Weekly or weekend rental) Towels and downhill baths are provided in the rental. The house does not have a "bottom of the house" for food. It is imperative to empty all the cabinets upon your departure. Please note that the arrival times are: For the week, from 2 pm on the first day with a checkout before 10 am on the last day. For weekends: Check-in before 7 pm on the first day and check-out before 7 pm on the last day. In any case, the check-in appointment must be made 48 hours in advance.
