The space The apartment is divided into a lounge area with sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double bed. In addition, it has a complete bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. In addition, you have access to a balcony where you can enjoy the views of the beach or have breakfast with the sound of the sea. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen, and all the necessary toiletries are provided. The water heater has a capacity of 100 liters, so if the hot water runs out, you may need to wait approximately 1 hour until it is heated again. Other things to note *HOUSE RULES: I request guests to maintain a normal and respectful demeanor within the property and also to show respect to the neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed. Please be mindful of noise. *BEDS: Take into account the additional guest price.
