We are located 2 mins from the exe estuary cycle path, fantastic for walking or cycling, we have a lockable store for bikes. 5 mins to bus, 7 min to train and local Puffing Billy pub Were 5 mins to J30 of M5 The space Briary studio has all the amenities you will need for a quiet and relaxing stay, King size bed, en-suite shower room, Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. We even provide a continental breakfast basket, and do the washing up for you! Smart large Flat screen TV and WiFi. The Briary studio is the upper floor of a converted detached dwelling sitting along side our family home, it boasts amazing views and fantastic sunsets. There is a small outside seating area. It’s an ideal base for cycling the exe estuary path, we even have a lockable storage for your bikes! exploring the Jurassic coast, Woodbury common or walking distance to several exe estuary villages,Topsham, lympstone and Exmouth. Guest access There is a key box, but I’m normally around to see you in with the keys if you prefer. Your own private entrance, and stairs up to your open plan space. Other things to note We provide a continental style breakfast with cereals, juice, milk, Tea and coffee, bread, butter and jams. There is no kitchen sink, so we do the dishes for you! There are fantastic pubs nearby or a great food hall at award winning darts farm as well as takeaway fish and chips from the fish shed!
