REAL ROOM WITH THE RESIDENT

Ideal for a couple with 1 or no children. I welcome you to my home, in a large apartment located in a quiet area of the city. I serve you a hearty breakfast on a flowered terrace and am happy to help you make your vacation a success. You have two adjoining rooms (without a door) and the use of the bathroom that you share with me. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the old town and a 5-minute drive to the beach. The space The rented rooms are adjoining but the extra bed (ideal for a child) is set back from the master bedroom. You have a small living room and you can of course use the terrace table at your convenience. I provide you with guides to the area, which does not prevent me from communicating to you orally – and often over a drink – all the information that is useful to you for your travels. The bathroom (shared only with me) is comfortable and equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There are always parking spaces close to the house. Free Wi-Fi is 100 mps. I have a cat who lives outside and only comes into the house to eat. It does not enter the rented room or the bathroom. Guest access The master bedroom as well as the adjoining room with bed and small living room, bathroom, terrace, library and living room in case of bad weather. During your stay I pick up guests upon arrival in Nafplio, either at the bus station or at the port parking lot, to avoid them having to look for the house. I am happy to share my knowledge of the region and pass on my best tips (sites, routes, restaurants, beaches, villages and ports nearby, etc.).
