Upstairs bedroom facing south in the heart of a preserved hamlet, near Dreux. Breakfast is included. A haven of peace with large garden and vegetable garden. You have free access to the shared spaces and the garden. I lend two bikes. Bakery and convenience store 2 km away, hiking trails and wood nearby. The space On the 1st floor in a farmhouse comprising 3 bedrooms in a row. This cosy room of about 15 m2 with window and shutters is equipped with a double bed, a dresser-secretary and a screen. The other two bedrooms upstairs can be rented at the same time or not according to the proposed calendar. Guest access you have free access to the shared spaces and the garden. During your stay I live in this house with 2 cats. The house is extended by an artist's studio where I work.
