The apartment is in Arroios, one of Lisbon's most traditional neighborhoods, and within walking-distance of Intendente, Martim Moniz and many other attractions. The Anjos subway station is a short stroll away and has a direct line to the historic downtown and the riverfront. It also connects to the trains bound for the Cascais coast and beaches. The apartment has three bedrooms -- each sleeps two -- and two full bathrooms. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, an independent dining room, which can seat up to twelve persons, and a large living room. A secluded terrace in the back of the building has an outdoor seating area. We also have a hammock and a baby pool for your family to enjoy the long summers of Lisbon. The master bedroom has a large double bed; a second bedroom has two single beds which can be moved together; and the third bedroom has a queen-size double bed. If you are looking to rent the apartment on a long-term basis, the third bedroom is ideal as a guest room. For infants and toddlers we also have a baby crib, which fits in either of the large bedrooms. If you require a baby crib, please let us know when booking. Both bathrooms have a shower; the larger bathroom also has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped (regular-size stove, dishwasher and large fridge, espresso machine and electric water cattle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery) and has a small breakfast table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine. The laundry can be air dried outside. The apartment is located in a historic building. The facade of the building has traditional Portuguese tiles, and the apartments inside are characterized by very high ceilings. The apartment has an original hard-wood floor, doors and shutters, as well as beautifully ornamented ceiling.
