The villa is located on the edge of the village Drenje, only 5 minutes drive (3 km) away from the beaches in villages Ravni and Sveta Marina, which are known for its sailors, surfers and scuba diving spear fishing due to the extremely clean sea. Private parking is available for 4 cars. Distance from grocery stores in Ravni and Sveta Marina is about 3 km. For night entertainment you can visit a very famous resort Rabac (13 km). Due to the mild climate, landscapes with medieval towns on the tops of hills, olive groves and vineyards, cultural attractions, and other similarities, Istria is called small Tuscany.
