One-store house with garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchenette. Large covered veranda and parking area in the backyard. The space Our house can accomodate up to 5 people and is located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Pira (1h driving from Cagliari and Elmas international airport and from Cagliari harbor), with white sand and low, transparent waters perfect for a family vacation with babies or children; the house is enclosed in a village of small houses with guardian and private access from the road. It includes 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second with a bunk bed and a single bed. The living area has a second bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and living room. Both bathorooms have bidet and shower. Crib for babies aged 0-2 also available. LINENS: - please note that linens (bed sheets and bath towels) are NOT included in the price. They will be provided only upon request and at an extra fee. - we don't provide beach towels at all. The house is air-conditioned and equipped with fridge, 4 drawer-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, small oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum, smart TV. A second fridge is located outside in a closed storage room. Wi-fi with free and unlimited access. In the outside: a large veranda is equipped to have a meal in the open air or to relax in the shadow, with deck chairs and a barbecue. Also shower with hot water. Also available beach umbrella and chairs. In the backyard there is a large free parking area outside the garden. Guest access The house and the garden are entirely at your own use with no restrictions. We use to stay in the house for our vacations, but all our personal items will be removed during your stay. Other things to note Electricity consumption is charged to the guests and will be counted at the end of the stay. More details are given in the guide that you will find in the house. According to italian laws, it is mandatory to provide after check in IDs of all guests, including babies and children, to be registered with authorities.
