Beautiful family house 400 m from the sea! This is our family holiday home bought a little while ago that has remained in its original state. A renovation project is planned as soon as possible, but the house remains very welcoming. It is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people. All shops are a 5-minute walk away. Garden with table, chairs, deckchair and barbecue. The space There are 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and a "dormitory" on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 3 on the 1st floor is a closed room but in which there is the staircase to get to the second floor. The bed is 80 x 200 or 160 x 200 in the open position. The dormitory has a double bed in an alcove and 4 single beds in another alcove attached to each other. There is a 140 x 190 sofa bed We have a travel crib, high chair, stroller and children's toys that we can provide.
