Hello and Welcome) Avlabari is a great choice for travelers interested in city walks in old Tbilisi. My house is located in the the historical center, 100 meters from the metro Avlabari. It is perfectly located close to the freedom square, sulfur bath, Narikhala fortress, Rikhe park, bars and restaurants, cable cars. Everything you need to see is nearby. The space But i want to mention!! If you are looking for an apartment in a very quiet place where you will hear only bird songs, you have to find it somewhere in the mountains, not in city centre. Since my home is located in the centre of Old Tbilisi – yea it is a little noisy!!! For me - it doesn’t bother me, but anyway I had to mention it..
