Preseli Cabin off grid, eco, great views

Preseli is a wonderful unique place, spacious and comfy with its own wood fire, solar lighting & four poster bed. Overlooking the famous Preseli Hills feels remote but it is close to beaches, woodlands, river walks, lots of activities including dolphin watching. You can sit and relax by the fire pit and stare gaze at night in your own private space. We are always improving our off grid cabins, each cabin now has its own allocated electric shower so no facilities are shared. The space Preseli is special to us, it is an ex drumming studio set in the sunniest spot, which we have converted into a holiday get away, evolving with our small holding. In 2009 we put in a wood burner and gathered together upcycled furniture and local materials to make comfy seating and sleeping areas, then quietly put it onto our camping website. Since these first tentative steps many visitors have relaxed looking at the views, and gradually the cabin has been added to and improved - a solar lighting system, to add to our tea light lanterns, its own loo, kitchen shed to keep your equipment and cook, the large rustic porch, most recent additions a large window for great views and to finish off a four poster bed. The site is green key accredited meaning we offer low carbon holidays with our off grid cabins. Guest access Preseli is located in the corner of the camping field, with its own garden space, hedge lined for privacy. The small holding is around 4.5 acres, with access to most spaces you can enjoy a walk around the field areas or down the woodland lane. The small camping field has secluded pitches so everyone has their own space if they wish or you can meet up at the central campfire or large BBQ area. Locally we are a 5 to 10 minute drive from most places including beaches, woodlands, activities, river walks, theatre's, galleries, shopping etc., there is the poppit rocket which allows you to walk the coastal path and get a lift back to your car. Taxi's are cheap.
