House with pool in Luberon Park

Le Jas is a fully single-storey house authentic and quiet, surrounded by a wooded garden It has a protected private pool. Located 600 meters above sea level, ideal for a relaxing stay, this 100 m2 house is surrounded by a 30 ha truffle oak plantation with free access. This property enjoys an exceptional location at the foot of the massif in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, a World Heritage Site. The space Le Jas is a house entirely on the ground floor, all the living rooms communicate, either between them or by the south terrace equipped with a shading system (canvas, parasol, etc.). Le Jas, with all the desired comforts, can accommodate 5 to 6 people for 100 m2 of living space, plus an outdoor awning of 30 m2 accessible by car. The distribution of the rooms is as follows: - a living room with large fireplace, TV, sofa bed for two and a large table for 6 people. - 2 bedrooms (communicating), one with a double bed and one with two separate beds overlooking the south terrace and/or the entrance, - main entrance to the north under the outdoor awning: very convenient for storing from your car, luggage and groceries in the bedrooms and/or in the adjoining kitchen, - 2 bathrooms (ventilation, heating, shower, sink, toilet), - kitchen with dining area and complete equipment (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, butane gas cooker, extractor hood, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, ... and many storage spaces). The outdoors: - private pool with cut stone curbs and terrace: * 9 x 5 m pool surrounded by a 300 m2 wooded and flowered garden protected from view. Open from mid-May to the end of October 15. * secure fences and closures to the standards in force for children under parental supervision * pool and outdoor lighting * solarium (with hot shower) sheltered from prevailing winds * garden furniture for 6 people - weekly maintenance by professionals (filtration, lawn mowing, cleanliness, etc.). Gardens, terraces and parking lots: - the property is fenced around its perimeter with a 2 m high fence - the access gate is to be locked manually. - access roads, terraces and parking lots are equipped with automatic lighting spots. - radar sensors for night lighting of the garden. In a seemingly deserted rural environment, you are actually far from isolated. The presence of other residents in the domaine nearby can only reassure you if needed, but they remain a non-intrusive neighborhood. The above prices include supplies: water, electricity, linen for stays longer than 4 days (rental possible on request), pool maintenance. To be provided in addition: security deposit, tourist tax. For weekly stays (Check-in Saturday 4pm / Check-out Saturday 10am) Things to know: * Swimming pool: Opening period: from mid-May to 09/30, not heated * Linens: linens are extra for stays of less than 7 nights, €15 per person for the sheets and towels kit. To finalize the rental we ask: - validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the signatory's ID - provide a "villiégature" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.
