The Studio At Ten Stirling

The Studio is a multi purpose building, that can morph into many options, from a mini conference facility to a Gym, to a House, or dormitory. ( it takes about a half day to change from one to another.) It is a House for Air BnB! The space The Space is a double storey cottage with Open Plan living both up stairs and down stairs. A kitchen and lovely outdoor living/entertaining space, with a lovely view of the summer/winter garden. Guests have use of parking facility for 2 cars as well as shared use of the Tennis court and Swimming pool We interact with our guests as much as is needed to help them feel at home and no more. Waverley, is an old established neighbourhood with tree lined streets, good security and excellent schools. Directly across the road from us is a sports club where there is a very active 5 a side soccer club. Parking is included on the property, as public transport is not great Taxis are good if you do not have your own car. Uber has joined in on the transport realm and has proven very reliable. Guest access Guests have the use of all the surrounding space of the Studio, including the garden and the swimming pool and tennis court of the main house, a 2 min walk away. Other things to note Electricity is on a prepaid system so will need to be topped up by the guest. Vouchers can be bought from the main house with a credit card. The Geyser is Gas powered, as is the stove and oven.
