Suki Beach Resort (where this house is located) is naturally beautiful, relaxing, peaceful. Surrounded by the blue Pacific Ocean, neighboring islands, mountains, and rice fields. Guests have access to the long white sand beach that the town has long been known for. Lodging guests get free breakfast and free use of the Infinity Adult and Kiddie Pools. There are lots of amenities and fun things you can do around here such as snorkeling, Island hopping, videoke, etc. GOOD FOR 4-6 PAX ONLY. The space Suki Beach Resort is a beachfront property situated on about 2 hectares of land rich with coconut trees, fruit-bearing trees, and flowers. Hammocks and Papags (bamboo beds under shady trees) are scattered throughout the Resort for those who would come to simply to relax and do nothing. Wake up to our iconic sunrise. Experience Moonlight in Suki and feel the romance in the air. Directly accessible by car from the National Road. We have ample and secure parking inside. POLICIES: We are committed to making your stay enjoyable, comfortable, safe, and relaxing. Our policies are designed to ensure the best experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to review them below. **No Smoking & No Indoor Cooking Cooking is permitted exclusively at our new, covered, and centrally located Grilling & Cooking Station, available for FREE use. Please remember to bring your own cooking and dining utensils. To ensure safety and cleanliness, cooking inside rooms or houses is strictly prohibited. This helps prevent potential fire hazards, pest infestations (ants, flies, rodents, etc.), and unwanted odors. Please note: A penalty of 1,000 pesos will be charged for any violation of this rule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our space safe and enjoyable for everyone. **Children's Supervision Unattended children are NOT allowed in the swimming pools or beach areas. Children must always be supervised by an adult. **Extra Guests The number of guests per room is strictly regulated. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, charges will apply, or an additional room booking may be required. **Spending the night in Open Cottages Spending the night (overnight) in our Open Cottages is strictly prohibited. **Food Orders Food orders can be placed at the Front Desk from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A 10% service charge applies. **Swimming Pool Policies Proper swimwear (polyester, jersey, or nylon) is required. Cotton swimwear is prohibited. Eating and drinking are not allowed in or around the pools. **Intoxicated Guests Intoxicated guests must remain in their rooms to avoid disturbing others. Uncontrolled behavior may result in intervention by local authorities. **Environmental Guidelines Dispose of trash in designated containers. Bring your waste home when possible to aid solid waste management. **Energy Conservation Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioner. Turn off the aircon when leaving for extended periods. **Valuables Always lock your lodging unit when stepping out. Do not leave valuables unattended in public areas. **Late Arrivals Please inform the Front Desk if arriving after 6:00 PM. The group leader or person who made the reservation is responsible for informing all group members of these policies. Cooking is not allowed inside the rooms, but you may borrow one of our outdoor grills for grilling and cooking as well. Other things to note This is a studio type lodging house. Due to the 50% capacity restriction, this room can only accommodate up to 6 persons including kids 2 years old and above. Kids one year and below are not included in the count. The unit has one full size bed and a double deck bed. Extra guests would have to sleep on the floor with mattress. Free for use by all our lodging guests: Adult pool, kids pool, Jacuzzi, and available Open Cottages. All lodging guests also don't need to pay the Entrance fee. Other amenities include a Variety Store, Videoke, Function Hall, Beach Volleyball Court (seasonal), portable outdoor grills for cooking and grilling, long semi white sand beach perfect for walking, amazing neighboring islands, mountains, and rice field views.
