Aeon's @ Manhattan Heights Tower A

Our unit is at the 12th flr of Manhattan Heights Tower A. It has a balcony facing East with a 180° view of the city's skyline. Just across the bldg is the Alimall. A few walk and you have Cubao Expo, SM, Araneta Coliseum, Farmer's Market, & Gateway Mall. Manhattan Heights houses the Araneta Bus port. Mini-bus and jeepneys are also easily accessible at the doorstep of our condo. LRT and MRT are just a couple of blocks away. Really, everything you need is just a stone's throw away. The space Our unit is a studio type condo unit (28sqm) with a balcony facing east (sunrise). It has a full queen-sized bed with 9 inch thick medium-firm orthopedic bonnell spring-type mattress. It's equipped with dishware good for 4 people. Cooking is possible, you are provided with a frying pan and a small pot with other basic utensils. NOTE: There's a small rooster coop on the ground floor across our building (We are on the 12th floor). They crow early in the morning. Noise is drastically mitigated though when balcony door and windows are closed. So if you are too sensitive to noise and you're not used to a rooster's morning crow, this may interrupt your sleep/peace. Guest access ✔Our unit is equipped with a 100-200mbps Converge fiber optic internet. ✔Android tv box (MiBox). Watch Netflix, Youtube, and other streaming services for free! ✔Guests have full access to the swimming pool, spa and jacuzzi, playground, fitness gym, sky garden, and other outdoor facilities. Maximum of two (2) persons are allowed to use the amenities for free. Guests must also secure an access pass from the admin's office prior to using the amenities. We will provide you this upon your check-in. ✔The pool is open from Tues to Sun, 7am to 9pm. The fitness gym, however, is open from Mon to Sun, 6am to 9pm. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT before booking our unit: Our building admin's security policy requires us to register you. They will require the following documents. Please send them to me at least 3 days before your arrival (Preferably soon after booking): 1. Foreigners - 30 days or less stay: A copy of your Passport and flight itinerary. 45 days or more: A copy of passport and ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration). 2. Filipino Citizen - 30 days or less: Two valid IDs. 45 days or more: Two valid IDs and Police or NBI clearance. 3. Signed and notarized lease contract (We will provide the contract upon booking). The contract in essence is the same as with Airbnb. This is required to provide the building admin a copy of your lease in black and white and allow you to use all the amenities for free. ***Please do not book our unit yet if you do not agree or have questions with the requirements above. Our bldg admin will not allow your stay without those. ***NOTE: There's a very small backyard rooster coop on the ground floor across our building (We are on the 12th floor). They crow early in the morning. Outside noise is drastically mitigated though when the balcony door and windows are closed (Sound proof glass and door). If you are too sensitive to noise and you're not used to a rooster's morning crow, this may interrupt your sleep/peace. To give you context, since we started in 2019, out of more than 20 foreign guests that we had, only 1 has brought up about the rooster noise.
