We have a very large garden with plenty of space for children and pets, in which there is our private swimming pool at the complete disposal of guests, which is one of the most requested services. The space Our guests have three large bedrooms with eight beds, two marble-clad bathrooms and two indoor dining rooms decorated in a rustic style. The billiard room and our relaxation corner with chess and checkers table are perfect for relaxing on rainy days. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor wood-fired oven with attached barbecue will allow you to prepare excellent dinners to be enjoyed on the veranda under the stars. Inside the house there is a fireplace and a wood stove that help to create a more welcoming atmosphere on winter afternoons. The area lends itself to excursions and walks; the more adventurous can descend along the stream that flows behind the house, while lovers of local flavors can collect wild berries, chestnuts and mushrooms in the surroundings. Guest access Our villa is located in a strategic position that allows you to spend your holidays totally immersed in nature, and to quickly reach some of the iconic places of Tuscany such as Monte Amiata and its medieval villages, the Val d'Orcia and the beaches of the Maremma. Other things to note Prices are subject to change according to the periods chosen. The price indicated is for short stays in high season. The cleaning fee will be charged at check-in. Linen is not included but can be provided upon request by paying extra at the time of check-in (complete linen €10 per person or only towels €4 per person).
