Pool Level + Complete Studio w/ Balcony

Its a 27 square meter space on the 6th floor of Condo with Balcony that overlooks the street complete with a glass table with 2 ghost chairs. We tried hard to make this place as homy as possible giving guests everything they need from utensils, to washer/dryer, to hair dryer, to netflix designed to look industrial and at the same level as the Pool (please check availability before booking if you plan to use). The space Since its a small space, we just placed a sofabed to give you more space. But definitely, comfort won't be compromised. TV is 43" UHD TV with Netflix and you're on the same level as the amenities. Personally, this is my favorite among my listing. Guest access I usually leave the door open and you can just find the keys inside. Same way checking out. Other things to note No Pets and Definitely No Smoking even in Balcony. We get charged 5000 if you violate the smoking rule.
