Vibrant Apartment in the heart of Jerusalem

Beautiful just renovated 2 BR apartment in the heart of the pedestrian area of Jerusalem, within 10 minutes walk from the Old City, Machane Yehuda street market and most main attractions in the city, in the heart of Jerusalem night-life, coffees and restaurants area. You will love the design and the comfort of the apartment! There are also two separate living spaces with sofa beds and a spacious kitchen! The space The apartment, designed so that it could be a great fit for two couples (even with 1-2 children each) is about 70 square meters plus 2 separate mezzanine with a comfortable mattress which serves as the main sleeping area). It is located on the 2nd floor of a 1930’s-built building. It has high-ceilings and a south-facing balcony. We believe that small moments of coziness greatly contribute to improve the overall experience of a trip, to create great memories and therefore, we had our apartment fully renovated in 2019. It includes 2 nice bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove and microwave) with a dining table and a separate room that serves as one of the living rooms. Both mezzanine serve as the sleeping area. Please note that the ceiling is low in the mezzanine but, unlike many places, you CAN fully stand in this area. We have equipped the apartment with a 50 inches LED TV with Netflix and a high-quality sound system. It also includes all necessary basic facilities such as high-speed internet, and air conditioning. We also have a washing machine in the shared balcony of both our twin studio that we use to clean our linen and towels but can be used by our guests as well. The studio is ideal for a family or for 2 couples, and also has a sofa in the each living area which can serve as a bed for 2 additional persons. Our experience shows that it is best adapted for 2 kids rather than 2 additional adults since in that case the apartment can feel too small for our guests. Please note that ONLY Israeli citizens who are not tourists will be required to add an Israeli VAT tax which is not included in the price. Guest access Guests can access everything in the apartment. The balcony is shared with another apartment we rent out! Other things to note ONLY Israeli citizens will be required to add the Israeli VAT tax charge upon arrival. This charge is not included in the total price shown on AirBnB!
