Our WOW Liptov Holiday House, with unique panoramic view on Low Tatras for Your perfect relaxation, is located in a quiet part of a foothill village of Dúbrava mountain in the Liptovský Mikuláš District. The space Our house is waiting to welcome you. It is family friendly with other groups of friends and acquaintances. It has everything a person needs for relaxation comfort. In the interior, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with an exit to the terrace – both covered and open (to everyone's taste) with mountain views, a common room with a TV, a fireplace and a children's corner. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms – one quadruple with single beds, two double beds with double/partner beds - both have a balcony with views of the Tatras and one triple bed with variability of bed spacing. Next, there is one large bathroom with two sinks, a hot tub and a shower, 2x a toilet. In the exterior, you can enjoy a large garden with a very nice ,Liptov“ planting and a lake with fish, a gazebo with barbecue and seating, outdoor seating, a fire pit for toasting and BBQ, a pot for cooking goulash, sunbathing on comfortable sun loungers, children's entertainment, a trampoline for both small and large and much more. For our guests, there is also the "KINGDOM OF PLEASURES" - a Finnish barrel sauna for 2 - 6 people/30 euros/night and a large stainless steel bathtub for 4 - 6 people - 100 euros/stay 2 nights. Longer stays - price by agreement. When ordering a sauna, the price includes the use of sheets, electricity consumption; when ordering a tub, the price includes the use of towels, wood for stoking, water disinfection and electricity consumption of the whirlpool system and lighting. The house has everything you need for your comfort and relaxation. Interiors on the ground floor offer a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a terrace providing picturesque mountain view, spacious bedroom with TV, fireplace, and kids’ corner. On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms: one quadruple with separated beds, two double-bed rooms (both facing Low Tatras) and one triple-bed room. Except this, the house offers a large bathroom with two sinks, a jacuzzi and shower, as well as two toilets. Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, sheltered gazebo with grill and seating, outdoor seating, fireplace, goulash kettle, comfy lawn chairs for sunbathing, entertainment for children, garden swing, trampoline for all ages and much more, everything surrounded by lovely pond with fish and local “Liptov” plantings. The "KINGDOM OF BENEFITS" is also available for our guests - a Finnish barrel sauna for 2 - 6 persons/100 euros/stay and a luxurious stainless steel bathtub for 4-6 persons - 100 euros/stay. The listed prices for wellness are valid for stays up to 3 nights, longer stays - price negotiable. When ordering a sauna, the price includes the use of sails, when ordering a bath, the price includes the use of towels.
